A continuation of the series of exploration of my noise and percussion samples collection. Samples were loaded up in a sampler with effects to produce a 20 minute track (this is the 'naked version'). Effects were added to the track and it was duplicated with more effects, reversed and stretched to create an atmospheric version of the track. 9 cuttings were also taken from the original track and layered to produce machine rhythm. Everything was combined and panned and the track comes alive to produce an industrial artificial machine soul that tries to talk with chirps, squeaks and moans. Each volume will be named after a current news event. This one is named after the atmospheric river weather event to hit the west coast United States.
